Launch a spirit bomb at the location within {AbilityCenterHexRange} hexes that has the most surrounding enemies. It deals {MagicDamageCalc1} 
magic damage to enemies in a {HexRadius} hex radius, reduced by {HexPercentDamageFalloffTooltip} per hex away from the epicenter.
