Then deal {MagicDamageCalc1} magic damage to enemies adjacent to them. After casting {CastThreshold} times, also grant {AttackSpeed} stacking Attack Speed to targets.

Health scales ×1.8 and attack damage ×1.5 per star; armour, magic resist, range, mana and attack speed do not. Ability damage also grows with stars, but Riot does not ship those numbers.
